Federer Nike Blazer

So do you think this is guerrilla marketing by Nike? Polo Ralph Lauren is the new supplier of the official clothing for the ballboys, linesmen and umpires at Wimbledon. The new outfits are quite traditional and look like they could have been worn at Wimbledon a century ago! Check them out... www.polo.com

So then it was quite interesting to see Federer walk onto Centre Court for his first two matches wearing a stylish cream blazer ostensibly to commemorate his three straight titles on the lawns of The All England Club. "Nike and myself, we thought after three Wimbledons, we could do something special," Federer said. "They came up with the idea of a jacket which I thought was pretty nice. The logo has three racquets for the three Wimbledons, it's got the grass logo, it's got the lion star sign, the Swiss cross and Federer. So it's very nicely done.  "It's only one of a kind, so it's pretty nice."
