Double Trouble

sharapovaserve

Maria Sharapova has very good stroke technique including her service motion.  She can hit aces to both sides of both service boxes.  Sharapova also has these moments in certain matches where she throws in 2 or 3 or sometimes even 4 double faults in one service game.  It's often hard to tell if it's a momentary case of nerves or if she just loses her rhythm occasionally.  Regardless, one of the main reasons that Sharapova is such a great champion is precisely how she handles these moments in a match. She never seems to let it really affect the rest of her play, she never seems to lose her self-belief and she always eventually finds the service box again...
