Greatest Accomplishment:

Serbian, Novak Djokovic beating Federer in the semis and then going on to win the 2008 Australian Open title.

Biggest Disappointment:

David Nalbandian starting off the year so poorly after ending 2007 on such a high note with wins over Federer, Nadal and Djokovic during his fall title run...

Major Surprise:

Roger Federer (and Rafael Nadal) not winning a title…

Fresh New Face:

Frenchman, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, who captivated tennis fans with his exciting tennis and charismatic personality during his run to the finals of the 2008 Australian Open.
