2010 French Open Men's Singles Final - Analysis

On Sunday afternoon, Rafael Nadal will take on Robin Soderling in the 2010 French Open Men’s Singles final. Nadal holds a 3-2 edge over Soderling in head-to-head matches, but Soderling has won the last two including last year at Roland Garros when he upset Nadal in
the round of 16. In 2010, Nadal is 21-0 on clay and has not lost a set in the 2010 French Open. If he wins his fifth French Open title on Sunday, Nadal will regain the Number One ranking. On the other side, Soderling will reach a career-high ranking after the tournament (fourth if he wins, sixth if he loses) and has the experience of playing in last year’s final versus Roger Federer.
