Tennis Country's 2011 First Quarter Highlights - Men

Tennis Country’s snapshot of the memorable moments on the men’s pro tennis tour during the First Quarter…
• Greatest Accomplishment:
o Novak Djokovic's unbeaten streak, 24-0 and counting through the first quarter, which included the 2011 Australian Open title, as well as three other titles including the BNP Paribas Open and Sony Ericsson Open back-to-back!
• Biggest Disappointment:
o Andy Murray reaching the Australian Open final (again) and losing and then following that up with lackluster, poor play in the rest of the tournaments he played in the first quarter, for the second year in a row...
• Major Surprise:
o Juan Martin del Potro seems to be rounding into form faster than many tennis pundits predicted and could definitely be a threat at the 2011 French Open, Wimbledon and U.S. Open if he can build his fitness level and stay healthy.
• Fresh New Face:
o Canadian, Milos Raonic, first made news by reaching the round of 16 of the 2011 Australian Open, but then continued his strong play through the first quarter, winning his first Tour title along the way.
